Product Care

  1. Loved Shoes Last Longer

Store your shoes in a cool dry place, and not under direct sunlight as the color may fade over time.

Shoes need to breathe, so do not store them in plastic.

Gently clean your shoes on a regular basis. Specific material care is noted below.

As much as possible, avoid immersing your shoes in water, as this can cause the glue that holds the shoe together to disintegrate.

  2. Breaking in Your Shoes

Although we aim to make our shoes as comfortable as possible, brand new shoes (yes even open-toed sandals) still need time to mold to your unique foot shape. Here are our tips:

Pace yourself: Wear them with socks around the house before wearing them on a full day out.

Stuff them: Stuff them with socks or newspapers for a couple of days.

Spoon them: Sothen the tighter spots of the shoe by rubbing them with the back of a spoon.

Don’t have the time? Need to wear them to an event right away? Band-aids are your friend.

  3. Vegan Suede Care

Wipe stains immediately using a damp cloth soaked in a mix of water and a gentle detergent. Use a soft dry brush to brush the suede in one direction. Leave to air dry.

You can also opt to purchase a stain repellant spray.

  4. Velvet & Fabric Care

Wipe stains immediately using a damp cloth soaked in a mix of water and gentle detergent. Blot away with a dry cloth. Leave to air dry.

Mud stains should be removed as soon as possible to prevent the velvet from matting.

Velvet may stretch a bit with extended use.
